Coffee Mug Challenge

Since everyone is posting discussions about their favorite coffee mugs, I thought I'd join the party. As you can see, I drink my coffee from a big beer mug. There is no sentimental attachment, as far this mug goes, it's just how I drink my coffee. We got the mugs for a buck apiece at a thrift store. My girlfriend planned on painting them, but until that ever happens, it's just a big plain beer mug. Full of coffee.

That's a nice big mug and you don't need to get a refill too often.

@teamfreak16 I drink a lot of black java too. BTW, I ran into a guy about my age at at Costco this morning. He was wearing a cap that said MP on it of all things. He had basic at Fort Ord at the same time I did, did some kind of Signal School there, then was shipped to Korea in 1964 where they said, "We're short of MPs, so you eleven guys are now MPS. It was basically just guard duty there though. He got drunk with a friend, re-upped and ended up in Nam right after Tet in 1968. First time I ever saw a guy with an MP hat on.

@JamesHxstatic - Lucky that he arrived after Tet. I can't recall ever seeing an MP hat either.

Cool, I like, and ahead of the game when you spike your coffee. My coffee mug is fairly big but boring. It is blue though, and that is why I love it.

It would look pretty cool drinking coffee from that mug. :)

@teamfreak16 I thought it looked a bit odd. It's obvious now you mention it.

I just noticed the mug is upside down. I guess that makes it even cooler!

I stick to a traditionally shaped mug, but it is like a bucket to your average mug... or so it seems!

Great mug. I don't have a coffee mug. But will a tea mug count? I've been using my mother's she had as my own.
