My Friend's Funeral

During noonbreak my cousin came to our office and asked if we are going to the attend the funeral service of our friend and officemate. No one went with him so I volunteered to go with him. We went to the church together leaving the others who still waited for 1:00 p.m. because the funeral service will start by that time. I told them, I have to go there earlier because the priest will start the mass upon the arrival of the body and the bereaved family. They laughed. So with that, I went to the church. When we were there the body arrived with us.
It was still 12:45, and the mass begun. I was really right. After the mass, I also went to the cemetery to attend her burial and to say goodbye to her. We miss her now. RIP my friend.

Yes, at first I did. not plan to go to the cemetery, I only planned to attend the mass but after the mass the commentator said that we shall have our last glimse of our friend and officemate. So I decided to go to the cemetery. It was indeed very sad.

Rip, mass and the burial is always sad, when ever a co worker has passed the office usually attends
