Job satisfaction is the biggest challenge which everyone faces in the highly competitive and restless corporate culture. whether you work for software, finance, insurance, healthcare, FMCG, transportation, CRM, Research or any where else you will face challenges which will force you to think to switch the job. How satisfied are you will be known from the number of years you spend with a single employer. The corporate policies, work culture, job profile, salary, perks, medical and insurance benefits for self and family, gratuity, Bonus, open environment, transparent policy structure, horizontal hierarchy are some the factors which play a greater role in getting oneself some point of satisfaction in his/her work area. If any of these factors goes worng then one will feel very agitated like if they don't get good bonus or promotion, unmatched profile, shabby superiors, bad team to work with, no salary raise as per expectations then one will think of leaving everything.
then the question comes how will one be satisfied? Are you happy with your job ? Think and tell.

ya i love to do my job but i cant say i m satified cause if i satisfied then my grouth will stop...but i dont have any problem in my job i simply love to do it.

I like the basis of my job..meeting different people..but other than that, the only thing I like about my job is payday..so I guess that means I am happy with it every two weeks

I'm happy with my job and I enjoy every bit doing it. I keep my focus on the job and take complete interest in doing my work. If I lose my interest then I sit calm and then try to focus on my work as concentration on your work is the key to success.

I like my job very much.
I hold a admn position in a training institute and love my work.
I am here for the last many years. I started my job from lower post and now I am at a good position.

I am very satisfied with what I do because I generally feel that I am making a difference in this dog-eat-dog world. Job satisfaction comes from many factors and depends on the person but I heard that in many cases a high salary is not satisfying if you cannot advance and fulfill your dreams doing it. However it is sometimes a good trade.
