Is Cher Dead?

I have been a fan of her since she started singing with Sonny years ago. Remember all those wonderful shows on TV - the Sonny and Cher Show...
I am one that never opens ads on line, the few times my fingers touched then I end up having to shut down my computer to get rid of the ad.
Just now I saw an ad of sorts on Facebook similar to the junk here on mylot - celebrity trash and it said she died....
For a minute I was upset and then said to self - get a grip and see if its true...
Of course its not, But I love the title of the link I 'm putting here:
Cher died earlier this week claimed a social media page that instantly went viral. While that’s not true, is it possible for her to get cancer from a real virus she is suffering from?

@JohnRoberts from what I knew about her she has had no surgery, I wish I had her strength to stay as healthy as she can.

she is getting old and I love her too. She looks better than me and she is probably at least 10 years older than I am. Of course I don't have her money nor do I do the plastic surgery thing.

I guess being a celebrity, one would get a lot of this crap...because it makes money for the ones who write it - fake news is a moneymaker.

Yes, she is alive but I believe she does have some health issues.
