The food name is Baozi ,You can also call steamed stuffed bun.It has a history more than one thousand and four hunder years . Baozi is provided for emperor familes in ancient of China .Now it‘s a common as a breakfast in daily life . At first this food made up of flour and meat . Flour is outside encompass meat.Gradually developed into different material.LIke suger ?vegetable and egges. Due to a unique smell of Baozi ,More and more forgien like it .It's a neccessary food when people tourist in China.Now you can find the Baozi sell where some airport or main street in American.The prices is above $1 for 2. Don‘t miss it when you come to China !

Do you like dumpling than Baozi Both of them as a traditional breakfast food in China . It's not too much difference .The skin of dumplings is more thin than Baozi. Another is the types is small .One Bazozi is amount to two dumpling. Every year it was packed various stuffings by themselves as reunion dinner for celebrate new year in North of China! It means good luck happinese always company with you!

In the Philippines that is called " siopao" it has been popular here for a long time, the most popular fillings are " pork asado" and bola-bola similar to wonton and egg inside, the price depends if it is special or regular.
