I Like When People Stand Up For People

Sure, all kinds of people stand up for people. I see a lot of people stand up for one another. The problem is they usually stand up for people who do not need standing up for. People stand up for the police all the time whether they are right or wrong. I would think a police person did not get to that point in life because they needed to be stood up for. Meaning, they should be fully capable of standing up for themselves on their own. Maybe when they were younger and did not know better. I could see someone standing up for them then. Maybe that helped them with their direction of becoming a police officer. Now, they are a veteran police officer and should not need spoken up for if they are doing what they are supposed to and society is doing what it is supposed to. The police officer example is just that, an example. Politicians stand up for the rich. The rich stand up for politicians. The miiddle class protects the middle class. The poor protects all of them because they just want in the game and kiss the wrong people's butt who had no intention of helping them. This to me, this is why this song makes sense about the youth that grew up on the wrong side of the tracks. People like to talk smack of why these troubled kids are the way they are. That they deserve their fate in life. When their fate was pretty much sealed from the get go by being born on the wrong side of the tracks. No one stands up for them, until now with a minscule few others that are brave enough.
