That photo is just one of the many electrical floats that paraded in the national road. Oh man you can imagine that heavy traffic from 3pm to 730pm. But it's worth the wait because of the beautiful floats paraded in front of us. The floats decorated with electrical bulbs, neon or led in different color are displaying so much awesomeness.
