PLAYING-NOT LIMITED TO YOUR CHILD!!!!

Everyone has played some sports or games when they were young. but do you think it is limited to young children.? I don't think so. i think adults should also engage in some of those for their mental health and of course for the physical wellbeing. When i was young and even now i like cricket. What is your favourite sport? How often do you play it?

I am old, proudly I go to the gym every day for exercise so I can stay healthy. I love to swim and I love to hike, My old bones won't let me still play tennis, soccer and any other running game...

I began playing softball (again) in my early sixties and played for two seasons. Now, in my 70s, I play a very active style of table tennis two or three times a week.

I used to drive harness ponies which involved a lot of exercise but we don't play any sport now. Playing sport is certainly good for people.

@kevinakash The driving itself doesn't give you a lot of exercise but I always seemed to be carrying bales of hay or buckets of feed, pulling carts around, walking here and there so I always seemed to be on the go.

Years ago, I knew a father who played with his son's toy train almost as often as the son did.
