So, For the last few days I have been having terrible sleep. Yesterday there was just no nap to be had, and I stayed up later so I could actually sleep I finally fell asleep around 1am but was waking up every hour on the hour 2:47, 3:47, 4:47 on and on it was so weird! So finally I gave up and sat up at 10:47 am. I guess I kind of slept, but it was really weird. Guess I'll be up extra late tonight, I have no clue. My sleeping ways have been so weird lately.

I have been dealing with insomnia my whole life. I know what sleep deprivation is. I am not going through it. I know what to do if I actually do go through it. thanks for the concern but seeing as I mentioned that I actually did sleep means that I am okay

I deal with this all the time. Im lucky if I get to sleep by 4 am then my 7 year old is usually up by 8 sometimes I try an take a nap in the afternoon or early in evening when my teenagers are around to help out a little bit but that doesnt always happen. I just figure Im meant to be a night person I guess.
