Am I Really Sure That I Hate Ironing?? / myLot

Even though I do hate it with a passion, I do have to pick up an iron every once in a while. And yes, I do know for sure that I hate it. I ruined the front of a blouse a few weeks ago, but I have no idea what I did. All I can see is that there are little black marks on the front... and they are very easily seen. I have tried to scratch them off, but that doesn't work, so I guess the blouse will simply have to be worn under a sweater. It's too new to throw away quite yet, but once it has gotten to a certain age... that is what I will do!!

What a shame. I guess you have scorched it. Have you checked the bottom of the iron? Maybe it needs cleaning.

i remember ruining my new college uniform. i'm not sure if i hate it more than washing dishes. all i know is that i'm not very good at doing any of it.

I remember one time I was ironing a brand new shirt I had bought. I had the iron set too high and it as soon as the iron hit it, it melted. I was devastated. I had paid a lot of money for it and it was for a Christmas dinner I was attending. I hate ironing too. I do it rarely but whenever I do I am always careful about the settings.
