Why education can scare people or cause envious towards others

In early years .white people and others used violance to control or rule above others with anger too.then it seems like from situations.if your mixed race an light skin ,or olive an maby tan color of skin color.people that are dark skin wont be as friendly an act as if your not black african american because your not dark in appearence.they also are reckless in behavior they are mean or dont care about there healths either.they can be envious because others prefer education and try to avoid trouble at times.instead of hanging around on the streets for long durations .plus if you dont have alot of records with situations from harm or to stealing .they sometimes they sometimes barely accept others.some african americans try false praise about sports figures or actors thinking that can used to forget about harm or events were others dontcare about some people at times in other communities.
