I live in Bangalore, South of India. It is a IT city...majority people came here to work....weather is nice for most of the year....but things can get boring. Not much places to visit or anything.

I live in Eastern Canada. Right now we are in the middle of a snowstorm which happens a lot this time of year. The crime rate here is not as bad a some places. The people are friendly and very welcoming of new comers to the city. There is a high unemployment rate with not a lot of high paying jobs available but there are jobs out there depending on what type of work you do. We have a good medicare plan that takes care of our visits to the doctor and hospitals but our taxes are high to compensate for that. Overall it is not a bad place to live.

I live in the Niagara Region....the peninsula between Lake Ontario and Lake Erie. The Welland Canal intersects the peninsula, allowing shipping to move from one lake to the other (Niagara Falls does tend to impede shipping). Unemployment tends to be a little higher than the national average, but that has improved in the last couple of years. Housing is still almost affordable, meaning many people have moved from Toronto, and now make the 45-90 minute commute (depending on where you are). I don't actually live in town...I live out in the countryside....surrounded by farms and marshland.

I live in Indore, India. It is situated in the centre of India. It has high crime rates. But it is one hell of a food-crazy town.

I suppose everywhere should have some problems, but some places are much worse than others.
