Good morning myLot

Hey everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is sunny and cold here at the Jersey Shore. It is currently 29 degrees F with an expected high of 43. I slept too late this morning so I had no time to make my usual breakfast of scrambled eggs with veggies. Instead I stopped and got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It was delicious but I'm feeling guilty about it because it is definitely not on my diet. I am pleased to report that I have nothing scheduled after work today. I have the whole afternoon free to do whatever I want... probably a nap. Haha What's everyone else up to today?

We are digging out way out of the snow here this morning. It is cold and windy but the snow has come to an end. I am at work right now and will be for the day. Nothing really planned here. Have a great day!

I refuse to dig out of snow. I make my husband do all of that. I truly hate the stuff.

Hello Chica! I've gotten further with my Christmas gift buying, so everything here is hunky-doring. My mama's cold is nearly gone so I feel better with that, too. You worry about oldsters when they get a cough. Your bagel & cream cheese sounds like a great treat. No bagel guilt, missy! I'm glad you get a free afternoon. I am just up to online activities today. My mother declared lat night she didn't want me to wait on her today, lol. So I know she is feeling better.

Stay warm. It's cold over here too. I do have my writing group's holiday party and lunch today. Other than that, cleaning, reading, writing and some edits and staying warm. I also hope to work on my mini X-mas tree too this afternoon.
