What is your favorite smartphone Brand.?

Well, recently i lost my smartphone so i am using an ordinary phone. But i am looking to buy a smartphone. But i am not aware of the good smartphone brand. Or you can say i am confused which phone to buy.? My budget is $250.
I need your opinion friends..

I have a Samsung smartphone , and i can say it really is a very good one . I actually have dropped it to the floor because i don't like putting it in a casing since i like its sleekness , but it would still be operational right away after that .

@SIMPLYD - After a certain period of time Samsung smartphones get slow and hang a lot, barring their high end phones.

@SIMPLYD - Yes, their inbuilt memory is not very big and their RAM is around 1GB, which makes the phone slower after installing certain applications. Now a days one should buy a smart phone which has at least 32GB inbuilt memory and 3 GB RAM.

Now a days Motorola smart phones are available on reasonable prices with all the required features, you could go for that.

Yes. Motorola is providing good features at reasonable price. But there picture quality is not so good.
