looking for a business partnership contract

I am looking for a business partnership contract for a call center industry. If possible i would like to have it indicated there that I, as one of the partners of the company will get a certain percentage of the share for the income of the company. And since the business is just starting, me & my husband will also be the agents aside from our other duties to transact with the clients and arrange payments. I would like to have it included on the contract also that my husband will be receiving a certain amount as his monthly salary plus the commission for all his sales. If possible also I would like to have it included that as long as my husband is doing his job in the company, he will receive a monthly salary due for him even if the company doesn't have big income.
