I do not believe in wearing suits without ties, I wear them all of the time and would never think of leaving the house without one on.

Some suits actually look better without a tie but I agree, most suits, a tie is a must

i work in semiconductor manufacturer,in my office no body use tie, i do not like to use tie to go for work, especially if there is the customer visit so some of us using tie
