Uber car inspection. Uber driving Update.

I just passed my car inspection for safety. Now I have to take 2 test one for defensive driving & one for area recognition. After that I can start driving tomorrow or maybe even later today.
The DMV has a new system & they actually gave us the wrong car registration so now am a bit delayed from driving today like I wanted. :(
Otherwise am still looking forward to picking up some pasangers some time soon.

@BeurougeGoddess Uber is in Portland but not in Eugene where I live. The city and Uber can't agree on things.

Oh no! They gave you a wrong car registration? And you just noticed. That isn't cool of the DMV!

That had to be frustrating for you! I hope you're able to get the DMV mix-up taken care of fairly easily.
What sort of things were they checking for during the inspection? I looked into it a bit, but it seems like my car probably won't qualify based on how much body damage it has. At this point, it would probably cost about half as much as the car is worth to fix it unless I do the work myself. Since it's all cosmetic, I haven't made fixing it a priority.

They checked general safety features, lights, spray, they require a sertain amount of experience to drive for them. License, registration & insurance.
