Back from the gym!

I went to the new gym again tonight. It was a conditioning day. We did 5 minutes (60 seconds rest), then 10 minutes (90 seconds rest), and then another 10 minutes rotating through the following stations continuously:
1) bike (standing--hills for 30 seconds)
2) C2 rower (150 meters)
3) band squat presses (15)
4) seated band rows (15)
5) medicine ball burpees (10)
6) shuttle run (5 each side)
I was good with everything except the medicine ball burpees. They were just difficult for me. Still, I'm proud of myself for mostly keeping up with the "advanced" kids. I think I'm going to continue going to the harder gym. I will miss the Transformation Gym but I like being challenged and doing new things. Stay tuned!
