Good morning. Not talking about the cold.
when it comes to yogurt preferences what is your favorite.
I first started out with Yoplait.I loved it.Then for probotic I went to Activa
this works for me.
Then I gone Greek. This has cause many trouble with the best sellers.
Every one has or just about gone Greek.
The plain yogurt is the best for me.They do not have much sugar, flavoring etc.
With plain I mixed it with any kind of berries that I have.Blueberries are my choice
I eat yogurt three times a week or more.
I am talking about the real thing and no fat free jazz.LOL
What is your choice or do you eat yogurt?

@amadeo If they have a lactose intolerance, perhaps some dairy products are made without lactose. I will look for you a link to a lactose-free yogurt.
from Green Valley:
Green Valley Organics delicious lactose-free yogurt for people with lactose intolerance. Made only with the highest quality organic certified humane milk.

I often go for Dannon Yoghurt vanilla. I have tried many and like most of them. Blueberry at the bottom and lemon are two of my favorites in the Dannon brand. My wife prefers another brand of yoghurt, which is LALA brand. It is from Mexico and has a good bit of real fruit mixed in and reasonably priced.
LALA dairy foods are both nourishing and tasty, check out all our products, including our yogurt smoothies, cup yogurt, Nutrileche, and Mexican sour cream.

@amadeo The stores that sell it around in my area in Dallas are 'Fiesta' , 'El Rancho'. Fiesta bought Minyards and is a multi-ethnic store chain that largely caters to the Hispanic community.

I eat plain Nancy's yogurt almost every morning, about 4 tablespoons or more on my cereal. Nancy's started here, is made here, and is now in at least 22 states but not yours yet.
