tomato soup

in winter tomato soup is a good beverage to have and it is also a good weight loss recipe that really works have tomato soup in dinner for 15 days only you will loss upto 5kg in 15 days. this recipe is nutritious easy to prepare just take two cup of water and one tomato one carrot and some leaves of spinach and pressure cook it one whistle and just grind it add more water to reduce thickness. i too love it have hot with milk cream and black salt and black pepper.

this is awesome. tomato sauce is an appetizer that obviously make you fat but the soup is a weight loser

I've never heard of black salt...just white. I like learning about different things here.
