Labor of Love

Yesterday, I did a lot of things. I baked two batches of brownies, two batches of spinach artichoke dip and a batch of hummus. The first two were for my sister and for a few acquaintances that my mom want to give gifts to. As for the last one, it is just for consumption.
My back hurt while I cook the last spinach artichoke dip but I just could not stop and sit. I needed to finish the dip and even cleaning up! I have the weirdest ways to show my love for this baking thing that I do.

I am going to start baking my Christmas cookies today. I am making enough for my family and the rest I am giving to my extended family on Christmas Eve.

@funkeyguhl Cookies I baked choc chip, butterscotch chip, oatmeal with walnut, choc chips and raisins, peanut butter and sugar And I baked way to many lol.

@DianneN I see. To be quite honest, I don't eat a lot of what I bake. I am not sure why unless it's brownies which is why I try not to bake it as often as I could LOL!

wow! are the biscotti easy to make? I am planning on doing baked pretzels soon... My baking tools are just lost right now because of the move
