My feet are burning

The pads of my feet are burning. I had this open sore between one set of toes, and the other you know where you toes meet. Both feet are burning. I went to the walk in and they said its my lowb12. Well my blood work saysmy b12 and iron are normal. I don't think its that. I started looking it up and thinking maybe fungal or yeast on my feet?. A couple days last week I stepped in a puddle or snow to do tasks at work then my shoes were wet for the 12 hour shift.
