George Michael dead!

Yet another famous singer died today. George Michael died at home at the age of 53. How terrible so young! He had a couple of health scares over the past few years along with drug and alcohol addiction.
This year has been quite something for deaths in the pop world. I guess most of the recent deaths are of singers from our era. Stars we have grown up with and enjoyed their music and contribution to the music industry.
I can imagine a fantastic party going on in heaven on New Years Eve.
Sad sad news indeed.

Just saw this on Yahoo. And he was so young. New Year's Eve with the ones who have past. What a bash that would be. Jimi, Prince, Janis, Jim Morrison, and so many more.

@cindiowens ......Oh, heck ya! I love them both. Janis is such a great singer few compare. Jimi is still the finest guitarist around in my book. And, some of the Doors songs are so imbedded in my head I hear them morning, noon and night. Just love them so.

Learned of that news this morning. Very sad about him although I did not get to hear much of him just lately we had always followed his music up to a point.

Yes I just heard bout it a little over an hour ago. Such a sad time for him to die. As far as we know it was natural causes yes?
