Why the intrinsic nature of Islam is wrongly accused of fostering terrorism

There is a lot of rhetoric across the globe today that links the intrinsic nature of Islam with the spread of terrorism. Doing that is utterly baseless and morally flawed. Before self interest of world powers took a grip in the middle east, there was no "Radical Islamic Terrorism". The finding of oil in a Muslim majoritarian region can be directly linked with this "unique" form of terrorism.Had there been no oil in the Middle east there would not be such terrorism. I base this on a few factors: 1) The people who commit acts of terrorism have been persecuted for years,if not decades, under dictatorial regimes propped up by world powers. At the time of conflict,so instigated, the citizens of these countries go through grave hardships and are victims of war crimes. This gets them emotionally drained with a feeling just of righteous anger towards the regimes and the "west" who propped them up(eg. Allepo). It is a coincidence that these people follow the faith of Islam. These people look towards their faith to fill the void that was created by such persecution. In this process they are brainwashed by other forces that are forwarding their own agenda in the region. 2)The fact of no Islamic terrorism before the discovery of oil in the middle east supports disabuses the concept of isalm being a "violent" faith. 3)Blaming the enterity of Islam as being violent gives the brainwashers in the region more fodder to radicalize these people. Had there been no oil under a Islam dominated region there would be no Islamic terrorism. Had the western powers not helped regimes in persecuting these people terrorism would not be directed towards them. Isis would have no ground to recruit people had the people been immune to these persecutions. Peace.

Ah yes, of course its the West's fault. Mohammed was clearly a C.I.A operative sent back in a time machine to help foster resentment.
