After Christmas Cold

I know it has something to do with the lack of sleep and exercise for the whole week. I didn't think I was going to get sick sooner or later, but I went to the market and it was raining hard. Though It was not strong hit to my place, some how it hit and got me sick today.
It could have been worst though I've hadn't taken some medication. Looks I'll be adjusting my sleep again. I should have bought calamansi earlier but I didn't see the signs after a couple of hours.

Hello @DesirousDreamer Well, I am resting but I tried to clean the backyard because of the leaves that fell. The weather change did affect me a llittle bit.

Oh no, hope you feel better soon. Seem like it's the flu season here too, must be the unpredictable weather lately.

It's the lemon's cousin or calamondin well, it's cheaper for me to drink than lemon

Hope you feel better. Some of my family has had the stomach bug and today i woke up with my stomach hurting, hope i'm not getting it. I go back to work today so hoping to feel better as the day goes on.

Everyone in my house has been sick for about 3 weeks. I had it first and then it moved to my dad and my boyfriend. Then my boyfriend, dad, and myself all developed food poisoning from some bad shrimp. My mom has been the only lucky one to not get sick so far.
