Are you a person who is always willing to help somebody? Sometimes it is hard to refuse one. And do you have a good way to refuse one but no hurt to anyone? Or how do you refuse whom you don't like or you need not help? Would you like to share with me? Thank you!

I just say no. I feel like people make things a lot harder and more difficult than it needs to be. If you don't want to do something then just say no. It's not that hard. You should never be unhappy because you want to make others happy or like you. You also don't have to make up excuses or reasons on why you don't want to help them either. I am all for helping people but 1) you can't help people who don't want to help themselves 2) you can successfully help someone if you are happy, healthy, and helping yourself.

I'm willing to help people to a certain extent. Family especially...I've no known limits to what I would do for my family as yet. For other people I'd go to the level I feel is appropriate...beyond that I'd just say no and if they don't get it I'd put it across in more forceful terms
