I am going to bed. / myLot

I´ll turn off my laptop and go to bed. I am starting to feel my legs and that means that I have been seated in one position for too long a time. So I´ll see if there is something good on TV and if not, I´ll just turn off the lights and sleep. I am waking up very early as the summer sun is up early. Tomorrow I´ll check what you have been writing in my posts lately. I´m sleepy too.

It is interesting that our bodies do notify us when we have stayed awake to long by sending us a warning that we need to rest. It is winter where i live so soon i will be going to bed and wrapping up in a blanket to stay nice and warm all night and sleep good
