Why should not we go for Crash Diet?

Crash Diet is the quickest way of losing weight in a short period of Time. Crash diet actually means cutting down some important items of food having certain nutrients till the weight is reached to the desired level. But one should know that it is not good at all as there are some problems one may encounter adopting this Crash Diet. 1.Each glycogen molecule in the body is attached to a water molecule When you cut down the calories in the body it affects the glycogen to have the needed calories It is indirectly means it affects the water. This is nothing but dehydration. So, the Crash Diet actually leads to dehydration. 2.It leads to unstable sugar levels in the body. 3.Crash Diet actually leads to malnutrition. When we do not provide sufficient calories to the bodies it the body will experience the malnutrition This will affect the health very easily. 4. For proper brain function Carbohydrates are needed When we prefer Crash Diet the needed Carbohydrates will not be made available to the brain The brain loses it activity slowly The result will be insomnia, forgetfulness, sluggishness, poor thinking, stress, and even depression which is nothing but a crave for eating the junk food. One should not doubt maintain a good physic but it should be taken up without affecting the level of needed nutrients in the food Cutting down calories by preferring Crash food is highly dangerous and affect the system. It is always desirable to take Calories but at the same time, it is necessary to see that the Calories are burned down as fast as possible.
