Exercising under shade of trees

You can simply walk, jog or bike under shade of trees or rather in the wood, where you are surrounded by trees. It is said that trees can help us think better, thus we will be healthy both physically and psychologically. Mood will improve. If you are sad, then you will be happy after perhaps half an hour's walk or jog under shade of trees.I don't know if this is true or not. I cannot find reference of this benefit of exercising under shade of trees.
