Exercising under shade of trees

You can simply walk, jog or bike under shade of trees or rather in the wood, where you are surrounded by trees. It is said that trees can help us think better, thus we will be healthy both physically and psychologically. Mood will improve. If you are sad, then you will be happy after perhaps half an hour's walk or jog under shade of trees.I don't know if this is true or not. I cannot find reference of this benefit of exercising under shade of trees.

there are researches about the benefits of shade of trees. it is said that it can help improve our breathing, it enhances our thinking and trees help us feel better.

So, it is bad for people who live in the city where they have no trees at all.

@yanzalong I didn't say that it is bad for them because they have no trees. I just gave here the benefits of exercising under the shade of trees. Actually, we can do exercise anywhere we want.
