Have you ever experienced a great experience or a worst experience in a hotel ?

I think the greatest experience for me was once I got a room upgrade without any reason in a hotel but I have already forgot the name of the hotel. Other than that, I think enjoying a good buffet from a hotel was also one of my great experience as well. I haven't had any bad experience with the hotel and I thank God for that. How about you ? Share with us ?

One year the girls at work and I went Christmas shopping and spent the night at a hotel in that city. There was a crowd of people on our floor who yelled and cussed and ran up and down the halls all night.
We complained to the manager several times and he finally told us he wouldn't do anything because he was afraid they would burn the hotel down! It was a nice hotel and they did give us a refund, but that didn't help us enjoy our shopping after getting no sleep.

I think the manager should call the police for that . However, I think nobody will ever step into this hotel again.

Travelling on package holidays one can be sure of great hotel experiences But my worst experience was elsewhere. I was on office work and the room where I stayed was a family room which meant two rooms were connected. Suddenly the room service guy appears from that connecting door and I was not prepared for this.
