Omg I have an itchy rash

I went to bed early last night because I just wasn't feeling my best but nothing bad. I woke up this morning thinking my throat hurt when I swallowed but again didn't think much of it. I didn't realize I was scratching until I scratched and I realized it hurt like I had scratched too hard. I lifted up my night shirt to see if I had scratched myself bad and I am covered in a rash. It is all over my stomach, sides and chest. Have a few on my back and on my legs. I didn't eat anything differently or change detergents. No clue what it is and if I should be concerned because I have friends coming for the weekend.

There are just so many things it could be, I guess you will have to see if it gets better or worse maybe some calamine lotion would help.

The doctor thought it was something I ate until I told her I watch everything I eat because I am not allowed to eat a lot of foods. Then she wanted to know if I had been in any weeds. I know the look on my face was asking if she was crazy because it is winter here and weeds have been gone for a few months. It has gotten worse but I am taken everything she gave me so will just wait and see what happens. I just itch like crazy.

@Tricia53 I have an issue like that with my ankle, it is only one and it drives me nuts and I can't figure out what is causing it. I put lotion on it all the time to keep the itch under control.

Have you ever had the chicken pox? If not, you could have them, if so you could actually have shingles.
