I Have Learned A Good Lesson

I use Bing as my search engine. I get points that go toward Amazon gift cards. But, I don't have a cell phone so the redemption process is bonkers. It takes support forever to set up a redemption method that will work for me. I usually have to wait a week to ten days. This time,during the holidays it has taken forever. I started on December 18th to redeem. It is now 15 days later and no reply to my second email asking for help.
But, I have learned a good lesson. Don't try to get speedy return from any support group during the Christmas holidays. There are the holidays and nothing much going back and forth during that week. And, now there is the federal holiday today. Ugh!

had no idea it was a federal holiday? anyway, i use swagbucks to get points there. i have points some how on bing but can't figure how you get them redeemed. lol

@celticeagle i also kind of wonder how the heck we got to be celebrating the first on the second also. leave it up to this generation to find another day added to kick back.

I do not usually expect anything to go quickly or smoothly during the holidays. Then I am not disappointed. Of course myLot surprised us and was the exception.

I had not run into that exactly, but I was supposed to get in a class over the holidays to sub in the schools closer to me, and no one ever responded to my email letting me know WHEN that class was, so I guess the holidays got them too

Swagbucks has Yahoo as their search engine. I think it is lousy. Especially after being used to Bing. I do a lot of research and Bing is great.

Yes, but the awards are scant. If you use Microsoft Edge you get points also.
