2017 heralds a new approach
A constant striving for mindfulness
Of each moment passing by.
Refuse to venture out of the present,
Be Here, Now!
Let 2017 be the beginning
And simply stop lamenting
A past that can never be undone.
So refuse to venture out of the present,
Be Here, Now!
Folks, 2017 has finally arrived
So why anxiously await a future
That might just not arrive.
And therefore,
Refuse to venture out of the present,
Be Here, Now!
Remember,
Year 2017 rings in the message
That there is no Time,
Inside or out; and so
Stop being an echo of the past,
Stop drifting into the future.
