Is it really difficult to be a woman...????

No…………!!! It’s not hard to be women. God has created women and men both. But the duties and responsibilities for men and women are decided on this earth. Now days we talk lot about women empowerment. Women themselves are so concerned about their empowerment. Women work outside their homes. Women earn like men do. Women do business, jobs, fight, social work, art, boxing, playing outdoor games and all. They are doing excellent in every area where men are doing. Even many women left men behind. Now this is not only what God has decided as their role and responsibilities. But Yes, God has given such a super power to women that they only can give birth to a child which a man can’t. Women have such a supreme power because she can do anything a man can do along with bringing a new life into this world which a men can’t do. I know many of you must be thinking that men are also part of bringing a new life into this world. Yes, very true…..!!!! But power to give birth is only given to women. Today’s women has been so busy in competing with men that they have forgotten that why God has given this power to them only? God has given this power to women because they can only make this world a beautiful place to live for their children. They can nurture best their children in every aspect. They can give the best etiquettes and best knowledge. They can create a best foundation for their children’s childhood. Only a woman can make her child a man full of love, respect, sensibility, etiquettes, power and a good characterized person. May be that’s why God has created women to give birth to a child. But today’s women have somehow forgotten their prime responsibility with which they are born. They are so busy in competing with the world of men. Why she needs to do so ……?????? When she is already with supreme powers……!!!! William Golding has said rightly: I think women are foolish to pretend they are equal to men, they are far superior and always have been.”

No being woman is difficult when we try to be man and woman at same time :) on one hand we compete with man and on another hand we are responsible for duties of a woman also.

"Women earn like men do." --- What a strange sentence! Women don't earn the same as men, not even in First World countries.

Raising a child is an important job. But a child is grown after 18 years. I will probably live to be 80. That gives me time to work on many other things.

I am a man though I feel that people around me had done many misdeeds to me in past . I really feel bad if somebody lie to me and feel cheated. and these days people around are like that only. so i think its a person how he or she is facing at the time, which makes his or her opinion. I think you are getting what I am trying to say

Hmm. ... I seem to have been a little late on this post jyoti but the responses have been interesting from one extreme to another.....I believe women are more calm and patient....They clearly bring in a lot of strength and calmness to the family and in a man''s life.... They manage both professional and personal aspects well and are much more multitasking.....I am a male but have no issues saying that a female completes a man....Females are much better at EQ and IQ.....But what I did not like was the fact that a post below spoke about first world countries and another about females not being safe in India.....I won't comment as it's too small an argument with them.... To end it.... I have till date had 5 female bosses and my growth with them has been much more compared to males....So I am more based on this topic to them.... :) Thanks a lot for bringing this up....Keep smiling and sharing.... Happiness to you always.... :)

One or few cases doesn't make this true. Woman need to be strong. Who said its not safe to walk alone in India. I am an Indian and i walk alone even in nights. I agree there are few cases but that doesn't prove all what you said.

So whats this discussion exactly about? I think you highlighted the aspects of being a woman, which is wonderful. And as far as comparison between a man and a woman is concerned, I believe both are best at what they do and both are dependent on one another. Yes in most of the countries women empowerment is much needed and with time am sure, women will claim their rightful place.
