My skin is really oily, does anyone have some tips for what I can do? When I wear makeup my skin pours oil and I feel embarrassed.

I know tonics are made for oily skin, but if your skin gets dry it will produce more oil. I have mixed skin, if I were you I'd try to apply a moisturizing cream, hopefully the skin will realize it doesn't have to secrete more oil to keep it hydrated. Then keep in mind there are makeup products for oily skin, such as the "Garnier BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector for Combination to Oily Skin"!

Mine is the same, just use an oil absorbing moisturizer and maybe dust your face with powder instead of liquid foundation.

I have this new stuff that has a sesame formula that is working pretty well. I am not sure if that is the trick, but I would like to think they are not just messing with me.

I have combination skin. When I absolutely MUST wear makeup, there are a few things I make sure I do. First, I lightly moisturize my skin with something oil free and then use a primer to smooth out my skin and ready it for the foundation. After primer, I lightly dust my oiliest areas with a translucent powder. Then, I use my foundation. I powder again and most importantly, I use a makeup setting spray. Usually that's enough to keep me set for five or six hours. Just in case, I also carry oil-blotting sheets, though.
