DO you Know Vlogs, $2000 per month! WOW

Since today was sunday, I got time to search on youtube, I have seen 3 youtubers who create Vlogs - and earn more than 1 lakh per month. It's quite huge amount with just 3 videos a week. But you kinda need to do stuffs which people love and include hot girl in your team, You know how it works right 
Vlog is nothing but Blogging through video. And Some pranksters has been creating them lately and started getting huge traffic and subscribers on that as well. Youtube has been paying good amount as well.
So do you think you can do a Vlogs?
How much you are comfortable with video shoot over a blog writting?
What if someone ask you to create a vlogs instead of blog, will you accept the challenge and do it ?

I don't have the equipment necessary. That and--before they started paying for vlogs (or before I did anything worth money on there), I tried to 'work a system' to make money on there, got kicked off for some really sick stuff I almost promoted (tho the admin stopped it before I could get it broadcast), and--though I'm not posting that stuff anymore--YouTube won't let me back in ...
oh, I can browse and see what they've got playing (and can help broadcast by posting feeds to my blogs), but I can't post comments, replies, or other videos to it!

From what I understand you need to first develop a YouTube channel and then find people who will follow like and subscribe and share your channel and videos out before YouTube will start paying you. Eventually maybe one day I will become popular like this.
