The search for life's meaning

I had the honor to serve in the Armed services. We are in our 4th generation of military. With that being said, I had the opportunity to live in other countries, learn from other cultures and appreciation what I learn. The one thing that has always stayed with me is that each person I met was on a search to find what does life me. When we are in our teens those things do not really enter our minds much, for most anyway. After I turned 25 or 30 I really had many thoughts of why was I created? What does the life I have mean? I call it a search for the meaning of life. I understand I will not fully understand all the nuances of life, and what it means. I do believe that one can come to an understanding that all life has a meaning. Whether we understand it, accept it or not, does not negate the fact that we are here on earth for a reason. I am so fascinated by the thought that every life has a meaning.

@marguicha , No, I did not learn any other languages. Living in Saudi was great but it is hard to interact with the locals when you are military. Sometimes people feel threatened if you are from another culture and a woman. It was a great experience anyway.

It's a very long journey, isn't?
