As we embark on a new day, a new season, and a new year, I often reflect on the old one. I view the past like a learning experience and the future similar to entering a new grade when we were in school. When we went from one grade to another we were often apprehensive, we did not know the teacher, we may not have had new friends in this grade. However, as the semester began, we made a friend or two. We learn the teaching style of the new teacher, and we made it on the other side. As it will be with 2017, we will make a friend or two, we will learn what is required for this season of life and go the next grade. Enjoy the moment you are in.
