I just had a email this person say They have a house for sale but live to far away So as right now they wNt to rent it out. But the ad say just drve by there no o e to show the home This i know is other scam they get the upfront money deposit etc then take off with that money. My othet problem is I only can afford $500. Go through an agency? They charge more, but you probably won't be scammed.

The agency charges the First month rent in other word If the rent is $500. A month that The fee for the agency.so I would need security Deposit.$500.first month rent $500.last month rent $500..plus agency fee $500. This what I need up front to just rent a bedroom in some one home. That one of my problem s i do.not have any up front money. In my area of up state New York this is how everything works..and I pnly can afford $500 a month at this time but most bedrooms in some one home people wabr $700 a month for a bedroom this is not a joke.

If you believe in the Power of Prayer, pray and believe something is going to come up. Rents are very expensive everywhere. Now that you have to have a Business license, etc to really be able to rent a room in this area and pay $$ each yr to do so, it is hard to rent out a room for just this much unless you buy a home to live in and also just rent out rooms. Around here unless you get lucky most people request Deposit and Rent which is usually over $1000 at least. Just be honest with people when you talk with them, and something is bound to come up.
