Where is Everyone?

Another really slow day on here. I've finished my notifications and started reading what's on the other links at the top and still, I'm not seeing very many people posting anything new.
I really thought there would be more people here with it being close to the middle of the month now and time to get the pennies going so they can make payout by the end of the month.
These hallowed halls are empty. My footsteps are echoing along it's corridors. It's hard to feed my addiction if there is nothing new to read.
I will try for a little while longer to find something to read, and then I will get some writing done or watch some television, or get some reading done on the book I'm currently reading - A Discovery of Witches. I found it was the first of a three part trilogy and ordered the other two books from Amazon yesterday. So I'm going to be working on getting my quota of books read this year. Right now that is set at 12 - a book a month. If I can read more than that. That will be good.

I had to leave. I had no choice as they said they were going to plow the parking lot. When I got back it looked the same. It still resembled a skating rink.

That is so true and I've posted about that a few times. It's so hard to go to a person's profile and not find anything new for several months as is the case for a couple people on here. Now you, I'm having a hard time keeping up with.
