Classroom management problems

Children today are difficult to discipline, sometimes i can't continue my lesson just because by giving them words of discipline of what should they do. They will just listen for a while,but then here we ago again the noise...
I actully don't know what to do to my students,sometimes i think i need to quit on my job and find onother. What should I do?

In the school managed by our organization i see that students (children) are quite noisy too. In general, children of this age chatter, chatter and chatter! There are some ways to keep the children reasonably quiet for lessons. Take some help from your teacher friends.

@arnelyruma Grade 5 and 6 are the worst. They think they are old enough to be the leaders of the school. Girls start being mean to other girls and boys start talking/interest about girls. Try to be at their level, be their friend but at the same time be firm. Hopefully it will work.
