I think two egg whites are very healthy a day as they are loaded with rich protein which is very important for our body

@sans224 that cant be a rule cause the body response is different for everyone. Is not the same for someone who is doing exercise hard every ay or a man is all day sitting at the office.

Hmm I am not sure for this one. Growing up we had farm eggs which was awesome, sometimes had double yolks. I love eggs but go through periods where I do not eat them.

O, chicken eggs - 3 a day is okay. Turkey or goose' eggs - 2 a day is good. And hummingbird's eggs - 24 for normal size people . . . 100 for people the size of Shaquille O'Neal! . . Just kidding. Seriously, 3 eggs a day is the maximum.

Eggs are pretty healthy overall. They have fat and cholesterol, but they are a good source of protein. I would maybe not eat them every day unless you don't eat meat, in which case it should be fine.

@sans224 Then you could eat every day--the yolk is where the fat is

Maybe three a week would do no harm. I love them too. Eggwhites upset me I donĀ“t know why. I am much better with the whole egg itself.
Prefer boiled if I can as fried is a bit heavier.

Eggs have both good and bad cholesterol, unless you're a bodybuilder there's no need in eating more than two per day. In Italy we have the oldest woman alive in the world ever recorded, she eats three eggs per day.
She has no teeth but she still enjoys her eggs and cookies.

I think too much egg yolk is bad in terms of cholesterol, but it's better than some other foods that are sugary AND fatty.
