hopefully even a Bachelor's in Nursing here in Philippines w/o philiipine license could still apply for a nursing home job in USA, CANADA & UK.Thanks

Actually you can. You just have to pass NCLEX or CGFNS.. Of course if you want to gain experience first here in Philippines, you need a Philippine License. But actually yes you can.

I would say you should check with your school advisor where you received your degree from and they should be able to tell you what you would or would not have to do to get a nursing job here in the United States.
