THe app runs slowly or the firestick itself? If it's the firestick, I'd check your connection (internet) and make sure no one else is streaming or downloading / uploading anything.
I have a firestick, and while I don't use the Kodi App, I do use several others and have to no problem with it.

Wow that is really cool! I have a chromecast but I heard a lot of awesome things about the amazon firestick. Also are any of the other apps slow or is it just that app?

The Chromecast is great as well! But this kodi app is so much better considering you have more options on what to watch and no cost except initially for the firestick. All the other apps i have on it work perfectly fine though. It might work even better if i were to find an updated version of kodi too.

That's wonderful, though I think I wouldn't enjoy it. I just don't have any patience for anything that's slow, much more really really slow.

Several we know are talking about Amazon Firestick. Sounds like it might be worth it.
