Look out the window to predict the weather

i remember when i was a kid playing out in the field and seeing jet contrails. I use to call it smoke those days. But i always loved seeing contrails, to me it looked beautiful always. Its only recently i decided to read about this phenomenon and found out something really interesting about jet contrails. A jet contrail basically consists of water vapour and can be used to predict weather. A thin shorter trail indicates low humidity and fair weather. A thick, longer one indicates the early indication of a storm. This info was something really cool i thought was worth sharing. So what is the trail you see out through your window? so now you know what to predict atleast. Have a good day to all those reading this.

I didn't know that, but I will be watching the skies for predictions that tell me WINTER IS OVER!! LOL...
