Deviled Potatoes - My Favourite Potato Dish....

One of my husband's friend coming here for dinner today and I have prepared it already. I did it in the evening when my little one is sleeping...
* Red Rice
* Deviled Potatoes
* Star Papadam
* Green leaves salad
* Salmon curry
This is our dinner today...

Its easy to make.. But bit oily.... Actually I didnt learnt it from anywhere, I just make this curry and I thought that name will suit it.... If theres nothing like that before, I will get the patent..lol

I had chicken curry for lunch and it has potatoes in it. That potato dish looks tasty.

deviled potatoes....look delicious. If you add some dried fenugreek leaves then the dish would be more delicious....

@princemaxp we use only fenugreek, not its leaves... My mum is a huge fan of fenugreek, but I rarely use them

We use fenugreek for some dishes. But havent heard about dried fenugreek leaves... We use curry leaves on curries... Actually im out of curry leaves and thats why didnt add. Haha

@amandajay we dry the leaves and then powder it. Then you could add the dried powdered leaves to any curry
