I haven't been posting much, in part because of being depressed. Also because I seem to have messed up my sleep cycle. So, today, as part of having messed up my sleep cycle, I lay down on the roomie's bed for a short nap before I headed out to do stuff. Now, I'm not known for laying down and going right to sleep. In fact, it takes a while for me to get settled most of the time. I'm shifting around in her bed, trying to get the pillows comfortable and my hand runs across a pill bottle. "Here," I said. I handed her the bottle. "Where did this come from?" she asked. "I found it," I replied. Shifting around some more, I pulled out another bottle. "You mean I've been sleeping with these?" she asked. "You must've been," I replied. A bit more shifting didn't find anymore. "I was wondering where they had gotten to," she replied with a laugh. She got up and went into the kitchen for some reason. I was trying to get settled and found something else. When she came back in, I handed that to her. They were some kind of bagel chips she had gotten some time before. "Where did you find these?" "Under the pillow," I replied. Now, she's got a "body" pillow at the top of her bed that acts rather like a headboard, and that's the pillow I meant. Since I had pulled the other two pillows down, I figured she knew that too. "I didn't find anything else in my excavations," I told her. But honestly, I didn't look too much harder. Perhaps she needs to pull her pillows back and see if I missed anything.
