Flood waters In Houston

Wow Houston at it again... Flooding waters! Everyone stay safe and dont go in underpasses because you will flood out your car. Family and all be safe out there! I feel by now government knows how Texas floods and should be more prepared with what to build to help those high waters from getting into cars and homes.

thanks... If you were smart you would sit still instead of trying to drive not needed. alot of people tried to get to work. and some just sat still
