A beautiful day

It was such a beautiful day today and a welcome relief after a long stretch of frigid weather. The sun was shining, the wind light and it was the first time in a long time I really enjoyed a walk with my dog. My dog enjoyed it too since he was able to go for a longer walk without freezing. As I walked I reflected on the beauty of it all and the things we often take for granted like fresh air, blue skies and a sense of freedom. Hope your day enjoyable.

@Freelanzer The jet-streams really add to some photos. We have a photo taken near Nantes in France and the sky is criss-crossed with jet streams.

We could do with some of that weather in the North of England. We've had about a week of damp, dark, cloudy, miserable weather with the forecasts predicting much of the same for the next few days at least.
I can't remember what the sun looks like!!
