Of Bosses & Leaders

Mondays are Mondays but today's was just one of those that ended up with me hating my boss. Of course the things he does end up making me work harder to be a success which means more bonus in my pocket but I wonder if i still do it out of the same admiration and motivation as before. The thing which makes me feel even worse is that I lead a team of 12 and I wonder if they feel like this when they get home. Like cr@p!! How is the leadership in your workplace or what makes you/your boss a good leader?

Individual differences is really a challenge. i hope you can deal with your boss better. As for me, i am the boss of my own business but still a challenge to deal with my employees.

I am normally my own boss, but, where I go sell I have to answer to others and they are not nice and do not care.
